Promo Shoot for "Throwing Shade"

Part of a small team of producers for a daytime talk show pilot focused on all things DIY, lifestyle, & cooking. I researched & pitched segment ideas, assisted in casting talent, created hand cards for our hosts, and worked directly with our food stylist and DIY expert on field shoots.

Created academic challenges & wrote several questions for the second season of the competition series. Helped to judge and oversee the challenges from conception to game play.

Worked in the field on the first season of a kids challenge show where I helped to execute & judge over 60 challenges. Responsible for brainstorming challenges, prototyping challenges, creating & executing rules, and working with the art department to procure the props and equipment needed for each challenge.

Scouted & hired voice over talent - produced the talent during a pre-record session and during the live show. Responsible for clearing all lyrics for performances & working with our coordinating producer to ensure all technical aspects of the show were handled, including working with a third party graphics company & talent executive.

Worked closely with a producing team on a weekly after show for “Are You The One?” to create games, interview questions, chose music for the show, supervised all edits, and researched & sourced items for various segments.

In charge of all Rights & Clearances for the daily live show to obtain approval for all elements used from various sports leagues, websites & stock libraries. Sourced several clips and photos, tracked usage, and kept a full cost report of the elements throughout the show.

Created daily interstitials that highlighted afternoon programming with host, Lenay Dunn. Researched potential shoot locations, brainstormed creative for all shoots, took camera notes while on set, led weekly voice over sessions, compiled music cue sheets, and acted as the production liaison between MML, Business & Legal Affairs, and Standards departments.

Scouted locations & coordinated agreements with several businesses, obtained location releases and appearance releases from all parties involved in the production, maintained a strict budget & petty cash report, oversaw PA’s and delegated tasks, created daily call sheets and kept the production running on time.

Personal assistant to host, Alexa Chung, for daily live show. Coordinated with production team to keep Alexa on schedule throughout the day, booked travel, & maintained expenses. Worked with agents & publicists to schedule all pre & post show obligations. Helped with booking photo shoots, events, & fashion shows that Alexa was involved in.

Assisted the dressing room manager to ensure the talent riders were fulfilled prior to show day & acted as a talent coordinator on show day. Attended pre-taped shoots, went on runs, acted as a stand in during rehearsals, and escorted talent down the red carpet.

Responsible for the contestants while on set and during their down time at night. Worked closely with producers to ensure the production would remain on time by escorting the contestants to and from set between scenes. Acted as a direct contact for the contestants for any production needs.

Responsible for the contestants while in sequester and functioned as the liaison between Production and contestants upon elimination. Distributed per diem given to each contestant daily, maintained all contestant blogs for the Bravo website, and in charge of arranging time for the contestants to speak with a psychiatrist upon elimination.
