Working directly with the IPTV Engineer and various broadcast directors/producers, I maintain content distribution for pre-game, in-game, and post-game media on all in-house video screens/TVs (including concourse, concessions/bars, suites, locker rooms, media center, etc). Also, we respond during events to problems that occur and troubleshoot for any DMP (digital media player) and TV monitors.

Each night, I was assigned one MLB game broadcast each shift and log all game footage -- at-bats, bloopers, commentary, athlete analysis, interviews, etc. Additionally, loggers are responsible for keeping MLB Network producers up-to-date with all highlight plays, bloopers, and news-worthy events that occurred in the assigned game.

As part of the broadcast/production team, I am either assigned to the production control room or media operations center. In the control room, we operate the robotic equipment for high level meetings; working in the media operations, we maintain all recordings and distribute these events.

I have worked individually and with others to develop, shoot, and edit videos for online-version of award-winning student newspaper. Topics of produced videos include: debate-style opinion shorts, athlete features, interviews with visiting speakers, work-environment showcases, etc.

I assisted the show producers with pre- and post-production assignments. In the beginning, I helped cast the fifth season by researching for good locations, outgoing realtors, or I cut casting videos. As time passed and episodes finished shooting, I logged and transcribed each of the episodes.

As a general production intern, I am assigned to assist on any aspect of the show: helping editors, doing coffee/lunch runs, answering phones, standing in for talent during rehearsals, assisting crew on pre-taped bits, and other various tasks around the office/stage.
