The second time was working directly under Cayman as a PA. He gave me responsibility right at the start that challenged me, kept me on my toes and guided me though situations I wasn’t quite skilled in instead of just taking over. I walked away from that job having a better understanding of how locations worked and importance of the department. Very thankful for that opportunity and had a blast the whole time!
