-Communicated with director/writer on the characteristics desired for each role & sought to find actors that best fit his description. -Compiled actor list using Breakdown & CastIt services. -Communicated with actors regarding sides and tape auditions as well as final casting and scheduling.

-Acted as Producer & Casting Director for creative services department while helping to develop ADR/dubbing work flow, new to the company. Most notably held this role for several large scale Netflix English dubbing projects. -Arranged, scheduled and ran dubbing/voice over sessions while acting as script supervisor for final records/edits. -Maintained in house master lists of talent & updated per project. -Organized, scheduled & ran all casting sessions in house. -Main point of contact for dubbing/ADR/VO clients, communicating all aspects of production (outside of finance). -Oversaw dubbing editing sessions following studio notes & provided input on editing choices based on such. -Handled SAG-AFTRA and non-union paperwork (including, but not limited to dailies, contractual and NDAs). -Occasionally stepped in as director when needed. Provided creative input alongside regular engineering & directoral team. -Assisted in creating & presenting a detailed presentation and learning course that laid out our in house process for English dubs from financing and conception to final delivery.

Responsible for crew time sheets, payroll and box rental agreements. Managed multiple PAs throughout shooting. Maintaining production calendar and set budget. Providing point of contact with studio and equipment rental houses. Coordinated art department prop and set liquidation that included the sale of two vehicles. Provided assistance to casting de-partment with contestant and talent manage-ment. Notably assisting in the research and testing of game show challenges.

Provided quality control review of various film & television titles as well as provided light editing for such work as subtitle reformatting & standards and practices audio dialogue replacement for films released on airlines & network television. Used Final Cut Pro primarily for performing duties, but also used VLC, Amberfin, Clipster, Alchemist & MacCaption.

Responsibilities throughout including, but not limited to: Opening the building for daily use, collaborating on social media & networking functions of Bad Robot, aiding in reception duties (scheduling, phone calls, welcoming & directing visitors), providing inter-office communication, & performing various runs/errands.

Maintaining craft services and meal distribu-tion to crew. Providing set up and tear down assistance with large machinery and equip-ment. Responsible for media drop off following shoot. Notably filled in for not present wardrobe department for principal actor both off set and during shoot.

Assisted production coordinator in day to day tasks and errands on set including, but not limited to, assisting in payroll, extras management, delegating the duties of PAs and taking & providing inventory for craft services and other necessities on set.

Acted as on set and personal assistant to producers Seth Green and Matthew Senreich. Maintaining personal and professional calendars and seeing that schedules are met. Corresponding with agents, managers and other potential working partners. Stocking and mailing promotional items. Coordinating de-livery and review of animation storyboards and other key components within pre-production. Providing additional assistance to a full staff of in house writers. Collating current scripts and providing break downs of script submissions for potential new projects. Running various personal errands in a discreet and timely manner. Working closely with staff related to producer’s primary television show, most notably with the casting director to coordinate major talent for voice over sessions. Consistently updating contact lists. Coordinating travel and hotel arrangements. Most notably oversaw major company merge between Stoopid Monkey and Buddy Systems Studios.
