I was responsible for creating the production infrastructure. I helped to create the business entity, established banking and accounting procedures, opened accounts with industry vendors and created cast and crew deal memos with company specific terminology. Very small budget so I wore a few hats on this one. Line producer, location manager, transportation coordinator and craft service. We finished shooting on time and on budget.

I was the company’s on site representative to build Japan’s inaugural AR/VR live stream capable AR/VR stage. I was responsible for maintaining the budget as well as building and maintaining the schedule. I organized and shipped equipment from the US to Japan and augmented that with locally sourced equipment from local vendors. I helped the client (SoftBank) create the stage’s production infrastructure. I also trained crew in the operation and maintenance of the stage.
