Broke the script down, made the schedule - which required 6 straight exterior days in the summer sun, followed by one split and eleven straight overnights at a functional Dollar Theater- ran the set, including coordinating complex background movement and wrapped a day early- which saved the production several thousand dollars

Coordinated schedule and transpo while running and gunning all over NYC with a minimum of two cameras always rolling. We filmed with true to life Gypsies so there were often issues with the talent that required the crew to think quickly and react to spontaneous and occasionally dangerous filming situations.

Insured the shoot ran smoothly, including making various trips, coordinating meals, equipment rentals & pickups, and was 1st AD on the 35mm reshoots on location in Massachusetts & Connecticut. I also shot the Indiegogo video with the Director and made the page that was used to secure additional funding for the film.

Supervised the entire production, including coordinating all equipment rentals, pickups, meals, call sheets, schedule changes, locations, permits, budgeting and even crew and cast payroll.

Broke the script down, created the schedule - which, since the film took place over several months, but was shot in 6 days, required scheduling around hair cuts/facial hair/hair dyeing and major art setups and breakdowns - and coordinated company moves and even made the Call Sheets.

Refined story with writer-director, locked down main shooting locations and, most importantly, created, maintained and finished under a tight budget.
