Met and coordinated interviews with local performers while gathering reels, websites, and contact information. Brainstormed original jokes for comedians to use during interviews. Attended weekly creative meetings with executive producers and VP of Longform Production.

Responsible for coordinating original content and deliverables for Weather Group Television. Work closely with executive and story producers to ensure all assets are received and that all deadlines are met. Reviewed long form content for compelling moments before editing promos in Adobe Premiere. Programming highlights: Heroes and Survivors, Weather Gone Viral, Top Ten countdowns, Highway Through Hell, and SOS: How To Survive.

Assisted producer Alissa Collins with setting up lights and equipment for interviews. Ran teleprompter during the taping of multiple meteorologists. Assisted with keeping track of script questions and interview length.

Assist high level management team with tracking talent from film festivals and writing competitions. Multiple scripts read weekly with in depth notes provided as necessary. Cover desks, maintain client spreadsheets, and schedule meetings. Prepare expense reports for senior executives, Chris Bender and J.C Spink. Participate in weekly pitch meetings discussing new concepts and projects in production.

Developed content for local broadcasts airing on Comcast, AT&T, and new media platforms. Provided instruction to local producers pertaining to writing television and preparations for physical production. Met supervisor expectations by developing content which promoted local businesses and increased station viewership. Created over a dozen programs covering local news, sports, entertainment, and lifestyles.

Worked directly with Production Manager to ensure daily shoots remained on schedule. Picked up talent from their hotels and delivered them to set.
