Oversaw the art department team and deligated responsibilities that suited each indivudiual the best. Oversaw progress of the set building and made sure vision was brought to life correctly. Made sure each set was dressed and ready for production shooting days - all props were ready to go and set. Oversaw continuity of props used by actors. Attended daily meetings to discuss how to bring sets to life wtih given specifications from the DP and Director.

Anticipated DP's needs in camera changes - battery, lenses, camera set-up, rig building, etc. In charge of slatting and cooridinating with the Script Suervisor to keep takes organized/labeled correctly. I was also DIT on the project which included data wranggling for both the camer and audio departments - keeping data organized, backed up, labeld, and saved correctly.

Make sure actors are picture ready in wardrobe needed for scenes. Kept wardrobe labeled and organized.

I made sure sound levels were appropriate for each cast member and made sure lavs were properly placed. I boomed for overall sound quality and made sure all channels were recorded in a sound mixer at the same time. I also produced some of my own sounds.

Set up lighting/ran cable for all the shots of the film in various locations. Handled equipment associated with Grip & Electric team..both setting up and breaking down quickly and efficiently.
