This person should be proficient in AVID and know how to bring in footage and organize projects in AVID. Also will help with research and development, and other PA tasks when possible.

Employment Dates are approximately May 6 - Sept 13

-Assist Production Team with setting up local as well as location based office.
-Research local support for all production needs.
-Assist in tracking PO's, petty cash reconciliation, etc
-Creating and updating Show Staff List as needed.

This job will cross many areas- it would be a great job for someone interested in working in the field.

Valid Passport with the love of travel and able to be on location for up to 8 weeks.

International travel for shoot, but local to the Los Angeles area for prep and wrap.

Reliable vehicle for local runs as needed.

We've got a potential upcoming job on 5/10 in need of a PA/driver.

Our team is going to be working on a multi-camera switch and record of a boxing press conference at an Arena in Philadelphia, PA, on May 10, 2024. We're looking for a PA to drive the crew in a van or SUV to/from location and assist with production runs, meal coordination, and other general production assistance on site.
