Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.

This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.

QYOU is looking for an LA-based Digital Production Coordinator to join our growing, award-winning Influencer Marketing team. As Digital Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating influencer production, managing brand channel content deliverables, and communicating content/asset deadlines to internal parties to meet campaign milestones. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with creators & managers for campaign deliverables and timelines.
Tracking and communicating content and production requirements to internal parties for influencer marketing campaigns and associated brand channels.
- Updating and maintaining the internal campaign execution calendar with key deadlines, and being able to communicate key dates to team members.
- Researching and organizing potential talent and trending format lists for campaign proposals and executions.
- Coordinate production for influencer shoots at live events and/or celebrity talent custom productions. Accompany team members to on-location shoots with talent if necessary.
- Organize footage and assets with the editorial team and follow security protocol for sensitive assets from third parties / clients.
- Program and schedule brand channel content for social platforms, ensure copy is written and internal posting deadlines are met.
- Stay current on ongoing changes of major social platforms (e.g., posting specs, best practices) and their potential impact on creative deliverables.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Must be a quick learner and not be afraid to ask questions or for help
- Interest in entertainment (film, tv, gaming) and basic industry knowledge.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Hands-on production or live event coordination experience is a major plus.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and development processes and/or social media marketing on social platforms, especially TikTok.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and DropBox / Box

The Production Coordinator will act as a key player on the Production Management team that produces best-in-class video content. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and know when to elevate concerns to ensure that support is going to the correct area of the business. The ideal candidate for Production Coordinator will be a proactive go-getter that will put forth an enthusiastic, positive, solution-based effort to manage various teams, projects, and productions in a busy, dynamic, fast, creative, and evolving environment. Primary Responsibilities:

Support Production Managers and Production team to coordinate and handle logistics for video shoots across the domestic US and internationally.
Support Production Management team with various projects, shoots, and departmental needs.
Source crews, equipment, and production services as necessary for production
Research and file for permits as needed
Research local production guidelines for compliance
Arrange resources and logistical support as necessary for production
Maintain and update departmental crew lists
Initiate Payroll Paperwork to Freelance Crew and DayPlayers
Follow-up to ensure that Start Paperwork is completed in advance of work
Follow-up to ensure that Timecards are submitted in a timely manner
Maintain and update departmental contact, vendor, and resource lists.
Initiate Purchase Orders for expenses
Track and report expenses, code & process invoices, and reconcile PCards.
Maintain various departmental shoot calendars, spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
Archive production documents such as call sheets, wrap reports, and releases, and follow-up as necessary with production teams to ensure business requirements are being met and delivered in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant Production Management experience in the television, media, or digital video production realm required
College degree required
In-depth understanding of payroll practices and labor laws.
Knowledge of physical production protocols, equipment, contracts, releases, accounting/finance practices, and business affairs requirements.
Must be computer savvy with skills in G-Suite by Google Cloud (Google Sheets), and various project management softwares.

This person will essentially shadow our AC, and will help out where ever needed. (If that means sometimes stepping in to help production, that would be expected as well).

Need support Production Assistants to come be a part of our merry band of travelers bringing a new show for Discovery to town. Think American Pickers or Antique Roadshow in terms of the style and logistics we will be dealing with. We'll be tied to the filming locations (the homes) without any real company moves once we get rolling. Every filming day we have had so far in our first two episodes has started after the sun was up and finished before the sun is down. So while there's no guarantees in this world that it remains as relaxed a schedule as that, thus far there has been very minimal OT or hard hours.

ISO people experienced with on-set protocol and communication, can-do attitude and comfortability in fast-paced shooting environments. The actual # of days we need from you may change, but could be all 6 days. Will let you know your days ASAP! This person needs experience setting up fast-paced documentary/ reality shoots, securing filming permits, and confident working on location with talent and crew. Brave New Films, a non-profit media organization that focuses on social justice documentaries and video, is seeking a co-producer/production manager for a short doc project currently in production. You will manage physical production of interviews featuring name talent and supervise some of post-production.


This will be a contracted freelance position with a part-time schedule over several weeks of production.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in collaboration with Director and Producer to execute the short doc concept.
Managing all aspects of pre-production and production of the film shoots, including sourcing locations, hiring crew and equipment, interfacing with talent and reps, call sheets, and being the on-set producer.
Handling all releases, permits, paperwork.
Managing expenses, tracking budget and production accounting.
Post supervision. Coordinating between director and editorial on cuts, graphics, archival clearance, fair use, and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS
Producing and Production Manager experience on documentary, narrative, digital media and/or television.
On set experience dealing with talent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Production company looking for a Line Producer for a few unscripted projects. The job will be working at our offices, and will have support from our in-house team, as well as other freelance hires, if necessary. The job will be a combo of office and field work, and may be out of town. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, and able to build budgets and track costs. Would also be great if you had experience on union jobs.

Looking for night owls for a shoot in early May!

Shifts will likely fall between 8PM starts and 10PM starts, expect a full 12.

Applicants should be comfortable driving a 15 passenger van as well as a minivan and have a safe driving record.
