Looking for 2 Texas based PAs to help out with our traveling crew while they're in the area. We will likely travel into Houston or Austin, and drive out to North Padre Island, shoot there for 5 days, and then travel to South Padre Island, and shoot for 5 more days.

PA will ideally be from Corpus Christi area.

Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting the Crew at the Airport & Picking up the vans
- driving the crew to the Hotel
- making crafty/supply runs
- helping load, set-up, and tear-down equipment
- getting lunches
- handling other general production assistant duties.

MUST have a valid Drivers License. MUST be comfortable with the area. MUST be comfortable carrying gear cases.

Currently the we will need you 4/24-4/30 North Padre, and 4/30-5/6 South Padre Island.

Its possible we would want someone to cover the whole time, in which case you would have to be comfortable ending in Brownsville where we intend to fly out of.

Job Description

Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. Facilitate consistent communication *** ween the agency's Creative, Project Management and Account Management teams, assuring the on-time delivery of all client campaigns to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical).

The Project Manager works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their campaigns, managing them within scope and budget, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverables. Project Lifecycle Management

Qualifications

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS : Not required, however, PMP or any other Project Management certifications are a plus.
EXPERIENCE : 2+ years of experience in corporate environment with focus on developing marketing and advertising messaging strategies and overseeing tactical execution. Preferable experience managing/overseeing at least one (1) or more direct reports. Provide daily administrative support as required to the Production Manager and Director of Production.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in film, television, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Must have experience in live television, scheduling, production, or related field, preferably Production Coordinator experience.
Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities.

Our Freelance Broadcast Engineer coordinates and maintains computer based and broadcast equipment. This individual supports live studio productions and all post production workflows.
