We are looking for an experienced Studio Production leader, to manage Studio126 production and operations globally. This leader will oversee all aspects of studio production (video, audio, and photo), manage a team of production professionals, and liaise with cross- *** teams to ensure best-in-class talent studio experiences. We expect this individual to have a proven track record in leading technical and creative teams in production environments, including successfully working with VIPs, content executives, and audio/video production crews.
Key job responsibilities
- Own Studio126 operations, managing day-to-day onsite production logistics, equipment, and personnel.
- Collaborate with cross- *** content leaders on production strategy, requirements, and execution.
- Manage in-house and contract production teams.
- Lead Studio126 behind-the-scenes social content capture, editing, and delivery.
- Track, report on, and be accountable to Studio126 production budgets.
- Build a global Studio126 *** production playbook, with clear procedures, stakeholder management, and reporting.
- Deliver best-in-class Studio126 experiences for VIPs, talent, and talent representation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
- 6+ years of creative role understanding consumer trends and creating content experience
- Experience as a producer, production manager, line producer or in production risk management
- Knowledge of ProTools or other audio or video editing software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience dealing with high profile talent
- Experience leading large projects and facilitate group meetings
- Experience with data/analytics and using data to make deicisions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. *** is a total compensation company.
