We collaborate closely with engineering and product teams across *** to deliver impactful and scalable initiatives. We are seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering managers, product managers, and engineering teams across multiple organizations to execute programs.

Scope of the role
- Lead multiple cross-functional programs in collaboration with product, security, and engineering.
- Drive engagement with partners by working with them to decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones.
- Leverage the insights and experience from your work to i *** uence the improvement of underlying technologies, architectures, and operations.
- Effectively optimize the scope and schedule of execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks.
- Craft clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting status to stakeholders and leadership.
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000 - $515,000.
