The base salary for this role is *** ween $74,000 to $89,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

What You'll Do
The Analyst, Pricing & Yield will focus on good deals for our advertisers and smart business practices for the company with insights based on our sellable opportunities.
- In pre-sale stages, they respond to inbound pricing requests from our Client Success teams, advising on *** math to reach advertiser goals. They help enforce business rules related to rates, margins, discounting and makegoods with the Manager, Pricing & Yield.
- Collaborate with Account Management team to ensure our processes and rate cards are helping to support strong deals. They will work to identify areas for improvement to increase our ability to quickly respond to market trends and requests.
- In post-sale stages, they assist with the insertion order approval process to identify potential risks in IOs/ *** plans prior to signature. They understand the importance of proper inventory reservation processes and how this impacts overall yield.
- They will work with Campaign Management and Client Success teams to monitor performance to track pre through post sale delivery and tracking revenue at risk.
- Partner with Finance teams to balance needs *** ween financial reporting, and operational analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of all primary source data: SalesForce (CRM), AdPoint (OMS), ad server data transfer files (GAM), and any other sources that help us *** ter understand how our advertisers meet our audiences.
Who You Are
- 1-2 years advertising yield or analytics experience. Minimum 3-4 years in *** , advertising required.
- Experience building *** plans and managing campaigns for a digital publisher is preferred.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. Masters Degree preferred.
- Deep understand of digital web analytics, audience and automated buying channels.
- Must have strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly competent user of Excel, Salesforce
- and other reporting platforms.
- Ability to "see past the numbers", adapt to change and effectively explain concepts to audiences with varying levels
of experience/understanding
