Responsibilities:
- Scope a high volume of new request tickets, create project file structures for Frame.io and Asana, and assign to the appropriate project manager in a timely manner to expedite project start time.
- Clarify needed specifications with ticket requester, if necessary, and confirm technical specifications, adding any new specs to the Asset Bank for future reference.
- Audit final delivery project files for *** Ops standards and archive assets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Asset Management team to source *** for Creative projects and ensure smooth coordination of project *** based on timelines and edit specifications.
- Assist cross department teams with uploading, downloading, or locating files in Frame io.
- Coordinate needed project *** is sourced from DAM or Partner Marketing team by project timeline and is in the edit specifications needed.
- Make sure all internal and external creative partners Hero creative partners are onboarded on *** delivery standards. Set up partners with needed access to project platforms: Slack, Asana, Frame, and other trackers to complete work.
- Update production information for campaign and Always On projects in Asana and other trackers. Record and track all impactful information from the marketing team including partner marketing and marketing executives on the relevant Asana task for that Hero Creative.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the Asset Bank and assist in marketing's *** sourcing needs as they arise. Attend Content Operations bi-weekly meeting and flag any upcoming needs for expedited *** to be processed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as project management, business, or marketing
- 1-2+ years' of experience in a project management or production operations
- Familiarity in project management tools such as Asana
- Proficient user of DAM tools: Google Drive, Dropbox, Ci, and Frame.io is necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in handling high-volume incoming requests and creating organized project files using tools like Frame.io and Asana to ensure projects are successfully started.
- Experience in auditing completed project files to ensure compliance with *** Ops standards and effectively archive assets.
- Proficient in setting up partners with access to project platforms like Slack, Asana, Frame.io, and other trackers to facilitate teamwork and completion of work.
- Strong organizational skills to update production information for campaigns and Always On projects in Asana and other trackers and record important production notes from marketing teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $42,400.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
