Job Description

*** Universal is looking for an Automotive Fleet Ser *** Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. You will also be the primary liaison for an external vendor as needed.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the Manager of Transportation, Transportation Scheduler, and broader Transportation team for billing, outsourcing, and scheduling with production
Support basic maintenance on all related rental and in house transportation equipment (i.e. tire changes/repair, light mechanical work, general vehicle service)
Data entry for repair and maintenance records
Administer check in and check out procedures with the direction from the Manager of Transportation and Transportation Scheduler.
Fleet oversight
Responsible for vehicle and equipment presentation
Responsible for liaising with 3rd party providers for major equipment repairs
Responsible for vehicle diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Golf cart maintenance and repair
Responsible for annual vehicle inspections
Subject to U.S.D.O.T. mandated drug and alcohol testing

Your Role Accountabilities

Job Description

*** Universal is looking for a Director Program Management, Data Collaboration within the Ad Tech Platforms Customer Solutions team.

The key objective of the Measurement & Data Collaboration team is to develop products that support data collaboration *** ween *** U and its partners, including measurement partners, clients, agencies, and business partners. The product team works cross-functionally to understand market opportunities, analyzes data to draw insights and learnings, collaborates on a go-to-market plan to drive the success of the product suite.

The Director Program Management in this role will be a tech-savvy leader who will support the launch, adoption and success of data collaboration initiatives unlocking audience planning and ad measurement use cases for our measurement, client, agency and business partners. This is a cross-functional role that is data-focused so the program manager must have basic working knowledge of SQL and have some experience querying and analyzing datasets.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership - Own and drive measurement and data collaboration product initiatives across internal teams and business partners
Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, privacy, legal, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of critical initiatives with broader business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including senior leadership, internal teams, external partners, and industry organizations.
Present and evangelize our data collaboration product suite to internal and external partners, educating teams on capabilities that can unlock each partner's business objectives.
Define key performance metrics and establish systems to track and evaluate the success of critical initiatives. Develop and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Consume complex data and information, drive insights and create impactful stories.
Identify and act on opportunities for incorporation of the audience and measurement collaboration products.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of program management or strategy, preferably within the Ad Tech or digital/mobile advertising domain knowledge and expertise
Experience presenting to clients and executive leaders - possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging data to drive decisionsand comfortable with SQL
Strong ability to work independently and autonomously, with minimal supervision, to achieve goals and objectives on time. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Creative problem solver with a strategic attitude and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 + annual bonus
