As part of *** 's Marketing Partnerships, Alliances and Card Services, the Co-Branded Credit Card team is responsible for creating and cultivating direct-to-consumer relationships with *** 's most strategic customer segment. It does so by managing *** 's co-branded financial products, which serve as a cross-business unit loyalty program.
The department includes 25 full-time professionals who work closely with marketing and operational teams across multiple divisions of *** , our bank card issuer and our payment network. Campaign Operations is a creative services team that is responsible for supporting the marketing team to plan and execute consumer campaigns in the most efficient manner across all platforms (i.e. web, email, social). We are looking for a Sr Associate, Digital Creative Project Manager in the Campaign Operations department. This Sr. Associate will coordinate planning, creative execution and deployment of marketing materials (website updates, digital landing pages, paid *** banners, social content). Manage complex timelines, workflow and priorities to ensure on-time and flawless execution of all creative. Facilitate execution of creative across multiple stakeholders, including marketing team, agencies, internal business units, technical team and outside partners.
Responsibilities:
Planning
- Develop + maintain creative timelines with Agency and BU partners to meet in-market dates
- Enforce timelines and due dates on a daily basis; communicate to team daily
Creative Development/Execution
- Set up creative kick-off meetings with Agency and/or Business Unit
- Proactively take an initial pass of the creative and provide feedback to marketing partner
- Solicit feedback from the internal team and work with them to improve the overall creative quality
- Compile feedback from all stakeholders (marketing team, LOBs, agencies, technical resources, outside partners)
- Synthesize feedback and review for logic and comprehensiveness; where relevant, provide additional perspective
- Examine language that seems inconsistent from one piece of creative to the next; resolve any issues
- Provide all consolidated feedback to Agency/BU
- Confirm all changes are incorporated in final creative
- Route final creative to all relevant stakeholders
- Archive final creative and all corresponding approvals on Server and Database
Production/QA
- Oversee development with Agency and/or BU partner
- QA new/updated landing pages on QA and Production environments
- Compile feedback and escalate issues as they arise
- Coordinate execution of QA conducted by internal and external resources, including: internal team, Agency, and BU partners
- Monitor on-going banner placements
- Participate in Tech calls
- Identify, communicate and resolve technical issues/bugs with site owner

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience specifically managing digital creative projects
- Experience in project managing websites and online advertising
- Advanced experience with applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe
- Experience with Project Management tools, e.g., Basecamp, Salesforce, and Jira
- Self-motivated, accountable and highly organized
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects while keeping peers, partners and supervisor abreast of activities
- Understanding of digital vehicles and platforms (emails, websites/CMS, online advertising, search)
- Very strong attention to detail
- Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $92,700.00 - $103,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
