Key Set PA for this pilot. Moved gear, key contact for crew, distributed production documents and opened up all cast rooms. Wrangled cast to set, hair and make up, school, among various other duties.

Mini Series - Was mostly in charge of background as an additional Set PA

Was in charge of walkies for the shoot. Was also asked to stay on to wrap out the show as well as log/collect all walkies used for the production. Aided in wrapping out the stage.

Also known as "Nickelodeon's Ho Ho Holiday Special" - Was in charge of Base Camp where I checked cast and extra's in and took them to hair and make up, trailers, school, set, etc. I helped with the PR and also wrapping at the end of the day cleaning ALL the trailers, restocking, etc. among various other duties

Stood in a a Set PA a few times when they were short staffed on stage. Production Secretary and I would close up the production offices most nights after set paperwork came back from set as well as distribute all production documents among other various duties

For episode 12 only that filmed in Los Angeles.

Getting cast to set, wardrobe, hair/make up. Taking care of all start paperwork. Distributing production documents. Checking the production report. Checking the fire line and maintaining safety on stage. Taking care of all stage needs; video village, security, parking, air conditioning, locking/unlocking all rooms, among other various duties.

Worked on the last episode and then helped wrap out the show/season

Various duties included but not limited to: Covering heavy phones for busy Executives. Assigning shows/deals to show lawyers, processing/drafting/formatting contracts, Edocs and Program Tracking maintaining/uploading, maintaining a list of all collective network shows/contracts/statuses, and managing a busy SVP’s schedule and phone.

Day played a few times in the absence of their APOC and PAs. Coordinated with the studio in setting up the show’s sexual harassment meeting, catering, and other various duties.

Set PA who was responsible for Releases and various other set Duties

Various duties included but not limited to: Assisting Production, headed distribution of various multiple production documents, Doczilla maintaining/uploading, covered for an EVP’s desk on numerous occasions, and was responsible for closing the production office on numerous occasions.

Assisted the UPM & Line Producer. Served as APOC & Line Producer’s Assistant. Various duties included but not limited to: editing/proofing. Distributing call sheets, production reports, AFTRA contracts, VPO maintaining/uploading, working with writer’s assistant for script needs, actor’s agent/manager contact, budgeting/coordinating courier, audience & security needs.

Assisted UPM, Line Producer. Served as APOC & Audience Coordinator. Key contact for studio, network, & security. Duties included but not limited to: director’s contracts, SAG contracts, stunt contracts, deal memos, cast lists, contact lists, production schedule, script/shooting schedule, script distribution, film report logging, organizing table reads, run-throughs & budget logging.

Assisted the UPM and Line Producer and served as APOC, Gate keeper, and Audience Coordinator. Also budgeted our Courier Vendor we used for the whole pilot and was key contact.

Assisted and supported production, managed Production Assistants, runs, production vehicles, and office needs, distributed, managed and filed production documents, distributed and managed petty cash, helped with the wrap party, as well as other various production duties.

Digitized footage, served as an assistant to the Production Coordinator, distributed, managed, and filed production documents, managed purchase orders and invoices, managed and updated the crew list, helped with releases, researched, took care of crafty, organized and took care of gear, made runs, made phone calls and other production duties.
