As in-house production supervisor, I monitored, managed, and reported on every film production from development to production through to wrap and delivery. Re-developed & modernized the studio's project development tracking system and trained admin staff. For shows in production and pre-production, I oversaw all studio safety staff and protocols, including on-production Covid-19 safety teams and regulations. I also managed all studio union signatory processes and reporting (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE, PGA, etc). Oversaw prep and physical production on intermittent reshoots units in Los Angeles, and remote supervision of units worldwide. Sourced and vetted production staff, developed and consulted on production budgets (MMB) and schedules (MMS), supervised edits and finalization of daily production reports from each show, performed payroll analysis, budget reviews, schedule verification & updates, cost reporting, business affairs & legal contract collaboration and review. Managed review and approval of purchase orders, crew timecards, payroll, vendor agreements, petty cash, departmental budgeting, and weekly cost reports. Maintained regular lines of communication between studio and various remote / on-location production crews around the world for Miramax Films.
