Hello!

We are looking for a Assistant / Floor Director for our ongoing Summer Camp Live stream throughout Summer. This will be a gig for every other Saturday from June to August, with a couple rehearsals that start at the end of May. We are hoping our selected person can be available for all below dates. The live Saturdays will be early mornings, but only half days since the live stream itself is only about 20 minutes long.

Since this is a live stream, we need someone who will be on set to delegate, coordinate and liaison while the director is up in a control room. We are calling this role AD, though in a live setting it is more like a Floor Director job. Live stream or studio experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

As Director of Master Control Operations, you will oversee all the *** O&O stations' master control operations and manage resources to ensure personnel coverage of the Master Control functions at all stations as necessary. Work directly with our IT team to develop our Dataminer monitoring and orchestration platform, providing input on the critical items that need to alert our local teams. Monitor stations' Statmon/Dataminer das *** ards and report problems or issues to the station staff and intervene during an emergency. Review, distribute and manage station discrepancy reports, monitor automated playlist ingest from Traffic, and distribution of as-run logs to Finance. Requirements:

The ability to work under tight timelines and high stress while maintaining an exceptional on-air product. Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to properly communicate issues to the Maintenance Engineers and supervisors. Must work well with others in and out of the Engineering department and be able to communicate clearly in writing as well as in person.
