Looking for an editor/assistant editor to help finish a feature length film. Candidate will be tasked with getting extremely familiar with footage and becoming the go to resource for the Director and primary editor as the team finishes up the editing process. Candidate will be pulling selects, putting together assemblies, and potentially doing some alternate versions of pre-cut scenes. This position has elements of an assistant editor but isn't limited to the organizational aspects.

- Must be completely proficient with Adobe Premiere. Should be able to identify and fix problems as they arise.

- Must have attention to detail and take great notes.

- Must be willing to be flexible and open to thinking creatively.

- Experience in After Effects and Adobe programs a plus.

This is a more entry level position but can quickly move to a full time / higher rate for the right candidate. There is a ton of room for growth on the post side as well as production side of the company.

Work will happen almost entirely remotely but maybe require some travel within Colorado and to other states.

Start date is flexible.

As our Executive Editor, you will lead creation, execution, and daily oversight of the editorial strategy, as well as work closely with the *** Consumer Products & Engineering team along with other Executives to deliver best-in-class presentation of content & data that spans the *** Sports App, *** Sports.com , *** Sports Newsletters, and other potential *** platforms. This opportunity will require you to lead and manage a talented group of colleagues, from writers to editors to researchers and more, spanning day-to-day seasonal and off-season coverage (topics, trends, analysis & storytelling), major event coverage (i.e. World Cups, World Series, Super Bowl, etc.), breaking news, plus support major company initiatives, including new priorities (i.e. gambling and the UFL). In addition to content, it will be critical the *** Sports Digital Executive Editor is proficient in data analysis, internal communication, and collaboration with other content & business units, notably social *** , production, product & engineering, marketing, PR, sales & business development.

The ideal candidate is proficient in sports knowledge, maintains valuable industry relationships (notably with writers & editors), has strong, proven perspective on strategy, and is eager to test new, creative, innovative approaches to best serve sports fans. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee the editorial strategy, content, and presentation across *** Sports digital platforms, including in-season, off-season, and tentpole event coverage for priority leagues, with additional emphasis around major company tentpole events

We are seeking a full-time News Editor to join the *** Digital team to edit DC and politics-related text stories for *** News.com and 538. It's a role that requires exceptional communication, attention to detail and grace under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with editing content for a digital publication, with a special interest in Washington-based news, U.S. politics and data journalism.

This editor will work with reporters and producers, guiding stories through every step of the process, from idea generation to reporting, editing and publication, as well as data gathering as needed. You will also assign 538 stories to copy editors and be responsible for our fact-checking and editing process, which includes story editing and copy editing. As needed, you will be a part of and help manage 538 interactive projects and coverage of keystone events, such as 538's election-night live blogs. This editor will also work with *** ' newsgathering operation - including teams at the White House, Capitol Hill, the Justice Department, the Pentagon and the Supreme Court - as well as our legal and standards teams.

We are looking for a thoughtful collaborator and logistical wizard who is eager to work with writers, editors and visual journalists across the newsroom to produce creative, groundbreaking coverage in a fast-paced election environment.

This News Editor, Politics at *** Digital is responsible for working closely with the Washington Editor to edit text stories and coordinate coverage of DC-based stories and politics, including collaborating closely with the senior Digital editorial leaders and the DC editorial teams, including at the White House and on Capitol Hill, and the Newsgathering division as a whole.
