A Fan Coordinator role requires very strong collaboration and communication skills, including exemplary guest relation skills. Knowledge of popular entertainment culture and experience on event grounds is a plus.

- Manage Fans and assist with on-the-ground operations; inclusive of check-in, event load in and out, seating, crowd control/line management, and guest relations

Looking for production assistants to support us for filming in Chicago from 6/5 - 6/10 for a docu-follow series. Duties will include: airport runs, set & crew support, loading in / out of gear assistance, meal & supply shopping runs, and appearance release signing help. We've got a potential upcoming job on 5/10 in need of a PA/driver.

Our team is going to be working on a multi-camera switch and record of a boxing press conference at an Arena in Philadelphia, PA, on May 10, 2024. We're looking for a PA to drive the crew in a van or SUV to/from location and assist with production runs, meal coordination, and other general production assistance on site. It's probably going to be an early call, at the moment it's looking like the crew would meet at around 4am to drive to Philly.

We're looking for 2 PAs for a 5-day documentary shoot in LA, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Sunday, May 12th to Wednesday, May 15th.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
