A Fan Coordinator role requires very strong collaboration and communication skills, including exemplary guest relation skills. Knowledge of popular entertainment culture and experience on event grounds is a plus.

Looking for a local Production Coordinator for a small shoot in Chicago.
1 Prep day to do a handover/prep with Production Manager

Looking for production assistants to support us for filming in Chicago from 6/5 - 6/10 for a docu-follow series. Duties will include: airport runs, set & crew support, loading in / out of gear assistance, meal & supply shopping runs, and appearance release signing help. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Looking for a Production Manager / Coordinator in the Chicago area to work on an unscripted show (doc-follow) for 4-5 months. Team will be traveling in, and the lead Production Manager will need help in logistics, travel, scheduling, planning, and production support. Team will shoot in the Chicago area, and will also travel 5-6 hours away to shoot in another area. Will also need local Production Assistants as well.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Non union reality show seeking local field coordinator for a one day shoot in the Providence area. Helping facilitate between NY team, and field team the day of schedule. Looking for someone that can communicate well with the field PM and execute whatever task the team needs day of to keep the shoot moving (lunch orders, prop runs, and wrapping end of day smoothly)

MUST be local to Stamford, CT area. This position will report to the local PO daily.

Applicants should be ambitious, hardworking, professional, and detail oriented.

Must be well-organized and knowledge of tv production workflow. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask a must.

Must have office/admin experience along with TV/Film Production familiarity.

New show for Discovery that has filmed three episodes already around Los Angeles, will film two more, and then continue on across the U.S. until approx July 3. All travel expenses covered + per diem for shoots outside of LA. Must work as a local for LA shoots. Will depart for South and East coast approx June 1 and return approx July 3.

Smaller crew show based around houses and interesting items (think American Pickers) where we will likely be working hard and fast while on the road with some prep time in between episodes. One or two weeks of LA prep, two weeks of LA shoots, and then we'll be on the road to other cities. You're jumping in midstream for someone we had who was wonderful but had to leave our lovely band of merry travelers.

This show needs a PC that is borderline spiritual in their commitment to organization and someone that can communicate efficiently and problem solve on-the-fly. Accounting excellence and spreadsheet detail oriented a must. Love it if you also have a sense of humor, but I suppose that one is optional. Your PM and LP have been doing this a long time and tend to try to make this work life something we enjoy and to hire people that work together well and are generally affable.
