POSITION:
A Fan Coordinator role requires very strong collaboration and communication skills, including exemplary guest relation skills. Knowledge of popular entertainment culture and experience on event grounds is a plus.

We are actively seeking Fan Coordinators based in Detroit, MI to join our Events team for an upcoming event.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion and enthusiasm for live entertainment and creating memorable experiences for others
- Adaptability to changes in task/direction, while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Team player with strong problem solving skills, including use of good judgment to redirect matters to management as needed
- Experience working in live events or sporting events is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Fans and assist with on-the-ground operations; inclusive of check-in, event load in and out, seating, crowd control/line management, and guest relations
- Comply to safety protocols and company policies

Looking for production assistants to support us for filming in Baltimore from 5/26 to 5/30 for a docu-follow series. Duties will include: set & crew support, loading in / out of gear support, meal & supply shopping runs, appearance release signing assistance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

The Production Coordinator (or Event Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and digitally.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

- Receive gear shipment or hand off
- Lead venue set up

- Manage game and crew schedule
- Monitor and maintain power, storage, and bitrate
- Charge gear after each event day (if applicable)
- Break down venue
- Return gear shipment or drop off
- Must be available for one pre-production meeting with management team
- Must be available for set up and breakdown days, possibly before and after event days
- May be required to conduct a site visit prior to event

Qualifications:
- Must have experience with sports video production.
- Must have experience with live video production.
- Must be capable of all day activity, standing / walking for long periods.
- Must have transportation to athletic facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder or scaffold.

Looking for a set PA for a Comedy Special. This is a one day wonder stage show with long hours.
Experience preferred.

In search of a local PA in DC to assist the DP with camera, lighting, sound and other production tasks. Hours are 8-5 on May 22. Flat rate of $300, no additional reimbursement.

We are looking for an Encoding Engineer to work with us on a live stream for a Global Investor Conference from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Washington, DC. The dates would be from September 16-19, with the Conference happening on September 16-18.

Experience working with vMix, OBS, and Makito X4Es is preferred.

Must be local to the Washington DC area or be willing to work as a local. We will not reimburse or pay for transportation, parking, or accommodations.
