Must Haves: 2 yrs Post Prod exp, Familiar with audio video formats, extremely Organized, Multi task - able to work on multiple projects at one time - with ease and meet deadlines, Detailed and work in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Operations and internal staff to perform administrative tasks in support of all internal lines of business
Prepare, process and track work orders through the facility from client request through delivery
Prepare and manage order trackers (spreadsheets) for team projects by maintaining proactive, collaborative communication with internal teams and clients from order request through delivery
Research, organize and track audio/video source assets
Support the duties of the Audio Specialist / Project Manager during their absence
Assist in billing activities to ensure all client charges are actualized for completed work on a weekly basis
Requirements:
Experience in a post production facility environment preferred
Knowledge of various video & audio file formats and standards preferred
Knowledge of work order management software preferred
High level of computer literacy required (including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent written and verbal client-facing communication skills required
Must be able to organize and manage work effectively
Must be able to work efficiently under time constraints
Must be able to work proactively with multiple tight deadlines
Must be able to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced, challenging environment
Must be able to work independently and self-motivate, but alternately in a team structure
