Providing outstanding service to our clients is a vital part of our success. And Running Pony is looking for a Client Service professional with the ability to talk to anyone about anything (and yes, we mean even to the wall about the drying paint) and a desire to dazzle and delight clients and work with them to determine how we can best tell their stories.
What do you need to be considered for this position? 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Beyond that, be a detail-oriented team player and a massive multi-tasker with a passion to do the impossible.
In this position, you’ll be the lead on new business efforts—with a heavy emphasis on developing meaningful, long-term relationships and developing new opportunities and projects. Yes, that means sales. You’ll be expected to generate leads; contact, qualify, and meet with prospects; network heavily; respond to RFPs and write proposals; seek to grow business within existing clients; keep track of your sales efforts; and meet sales goals. You’ll work with a variety of clients, showing off our work and helping generate ideas in which our team of creative visual storytellers can solve their problems.
You’ll be an external ambassador to clients and an internal advocate for them. You’ll make them look like heroes to their bosses and be their hero for the amazing work you deliver.

Please have: A proven track record in sales and success winning new business. Experience in working with clients and budgets in an account service, sales or project management position and a proven ability to learn complicated processes outside your area of expertise.
