Looking for a DJI Ronin 4D Gimbal Operator for one day of shooting in Center City Philadelphia, PA. Shoot would be on Tuesday June 11th with the possibility of going a day early on Monday June 10th, schedule will run a full day from 0730 to around 1630. Prefer an owner/operator of their own equipment.

DJI Ronin 4D Owner/Operator would be ideal, other gimbals are fine as well. If mounting a camera then I would prefer a Canon C-series camera but not strictly necessary.

The shooting style will focus on cool cutaways and constant motion. Most of the work will happen during a live corporate conference with meetings and multiple rooms, also coverage of light social events, smiling faces, networking.

Assist and manage in setting up and configuring cameras, lenses, and other related equipment before filming. Ensure that all camera equipment is in good working condition and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Support the camera operator by handling equipment, adjusting settings, and swapping lenses as needed.
Monitor battery levels and ensure a sufficient power supply for cameras and related equipment. Swap out batteries as necessary and recharge depleted ones.
Keep track of all camera equipment, accessories, and peripherals.
Maintain clear communication with the camera team, director, and other crew members. Relay information regarding camera settings, shot requirements, and any technical issues.
Assist in the transportation of camera equipment to and from shooting locations.
Manage and organize digital media storage, including memory cards, hard drives, and other recording media. Download, label, and back up footage regularly to prevent data loss and follow the media management instructions provided to you from production.
Keep production updated on card inventory, card space, and drive space.

- 2nd Shooter Rate: $450/8 + up to $50 for food
- Additional Compensation: $100 travel day fee + gas reimbursement for contractors driving over 2 hours (one way) from their home address to the shoot location

If you are coming on as a Company:
- Day Rate: $1000/8 (for both creators)
- Overtime: $187.50 per hour
- Meal Reimbursement: Up to $100 for food per day
- Equipment Rate: $500 per day

- Additional Compensation: Contractor will receive an additional $200 travel day rate and gas reimbursement if traveling over 2 hours (one way) from residence to filming location.
