You should be an imaginative problem solver, with a clear understanding of the relationship between story and emotion in filmmaking. You should have your own vision of excellence: what makes a great cut, a great team, and a great show. Balancing your vision should be a strong ability to make the most of the direction you’re given and work well with others.

The best candidates for our team have experience with unscripted, but also have a strong background in promos/commercials, documentary, or narrative. Although not required, some of our favorite editors also shoot.

You should have a great sense of music and good comic timing. You need a minimum 3 years of editorial experience, and be lightning quick.

This is not an assembly line position for reality television burnouts. You will be expected to bring your own ideas to the table, and not be afraid to disagree (or be disagreed with) in the interest of making something great. If that seems scary, you are not a good candidate for this job.

Candidates must speak fluent Ukrainian and be able to translate and edit videos involving Ukrainian-speaking talent. Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Directors and Producers to meet the creative and technical goals of each unique project
