Fast-paced reality television production company is looking for a seasoned Line Producer to work on a major series. Candidate must be local to New York City.

Duties include:
- Oversee all financial operations for the Production (Production, Creative & Post).
- Approve and make decisions to support Creative in their needs.
- Track costs, produce cost reports, sign off on all POs, Amex, PC and Cards.
- Update show calendar, ensure schedule is on par with budget.
- Oversee the Prod Management team, ensure everything needed for shoots is organized and within budget (additional crew, locations, vehicles, extras, etc).
- Take the lead and manage all shoots to ensure that all protocol and procedures are followed correctly.
- Oversee all clearance & legal issues, liaising directly with Producers, in-house legal team (marked up releases, logos etc).
- Support all Post needs and ensure that schedule and budget is being maintained.
- Reports to EIC

The Tonight Show is seeking an Audience Coordinator to work with all day-to-day operations as outlined below. This is a Run of Show position that will support the Production with a variety of administrative and functional responsibilities not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all show ticketing and audience recruiting strategies to ensure that The Tonight Show studio seats are filled on a year-round basis.
Forecast seasonal audience needs and manage cost effective ticket distribution through sources including: show website, traditional mail, *** Guest Relations, and paid third party audience recruiters.
Coordinate The Tonight Show assigned Page staff both in-studio and during ticket office operations.
