Digital arm of media network is seeking a freelance Nashville based Line Producer to oversee a robust slate of digital first, short form content. Position requires experience with all types of content production including live events, in-studio shoots, multicam switching, social and live streaming. Knowledge of the country music landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all steps of physical production management from concept through delivery

· Prepare and oversee all production materials including budgets, schedules, cost reporting, and other compliance
documents. Must be an expert at Movie Magic.

· Oversee and manage quarterly and annual production budget and ensure funds are reported at a regular cadence,
as well as day-to-day project oversight

· Hire and assign the best freelance crew and staff for each project – must have active rolodex of freelance crew.

· Identify team needs and oversee Production Managers, Coordinators and Production Assistants

· Must be familiar with union and guild parameters and protocols.

· Collaborate with development leads, BALA, safety and risk management, finance, post production operations,
production technologies, talent, labor relations, and all other internal departments to ensure the highest quality
production.

· Communicate effectively with senior executives and remain prepared to keep stakeholders up to date on project
status

The Digital Line Producer will be responsible for Noticias *** Ahora streaming in

a control room/Tricaster environment. Producer needs to be able to identify newsworthy

stories, conceptualize and produce rundowns, and actively participate in editorial

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage content for Noticias *** Ahora streaming channel.
Responsible for selecting, assigning, writing, and organizing news stories in
rundown.
Line produce live shows for streaming in a control room or Tricaster settings.
Anticipating the needs of news coverage and help coordinate video, graphics,
scripts and other elements.
Organize and line produce breaking news and show updates.
Contribute to the editorial line of the day.
Work in collaboration with News Digital/Linear teams, Assignment Editors,
Reporters, and production crews.
Strong writing skills. Precise, objective and sharp.
