Returning gold mining show looking for an experienced Location Production Coordinator, currently to be based in Montana, but this may change. This coordinator role is primarily to help with production setup and logistics are we get up and running, but other duties are included below. Must be a team player and will ideally have previous coordinator experience on logistically challenging shows.
• Reports to UPM
• Supporting UPM with logistics of production setup and possible move
• Oversees all release forms from APs
• Managing filming logistics and permits
• Must be comfortable working alone at time and managing their own time
• Arranging daily lunches for crew and miners
• Reconcile Petty Cash Credit Card expenditure
• Booking travel and accommodation and handling Movement Orders for traveling crew
• Creating Daily Field Schedules
• Send transport drives back bi-weekly to London and track
• Fill out daily MSHA worksheets
• Will be working in small teams
Please note that there could be extensive travel from production base.
