Cutting edge reality TV studio is looking for an experienced Post Production Coordinator who understands and executes the episodic and seasonal deliverables (Credits, Timing Sheet, GFX Cue Sheet, Music Cue Sheet, Blur List, R&C Licensed Materials Tracker, Final Edit Report) for multiple shows and completes them according to the Network specifications.

Responsibilities:
-Assist Post Production Supervisor.
-Maintaining communication with our network POC regarding deliverable deadlines and status/progress.
-Overseeing the assist team's execution of certain deliverables to ensure they are delivered correctly and on time.
-Maintaining the cuts schedule. Communicating with producers regarding the status of cuts and updating it accordingly.
-Prepping cuts for delivery, i.e. providing assist with templates and distro lists appropriate for each cut.
-Communicating with the field about any issues we have in post, such as camera settings, slates, etc.
-Tracking footage shipments in order to keep post informed about when certain content will be available for stringing/cutting.
-Tracking editors' daily assignments.
-Tracking equipment/software rentals/purchases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendars and Avid.
• Familiar with Nexus and great with media management.
• Know the difference between file codecs and media.
• Can independently troubleshoot and solve a wide variety of technical issues.

The ideal candidate is proficient at creating captivating and shareable content for television, social *** , and mobile platforms.

You must be a self-starter who is technologically savvy and can work under tight deadlines.

We are looking for individuals who possess a keen artistic eye, a deep understanding of editing and photography techniques, and a passion for storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Use editing tools to create content for Newscast and Digital platforms.
Use creative production techniques such as graphics and new forms of *** (viewer pictures, webcam interviews, etc.) to enhance stories.
Work closely with news producers, reporters, photojournalists and the digital team.

Pay Range

$21.23 - $26.56 USD
