Bustling Production Company Seeks Night Post Production Coordinator

The Night Post Production Coordinator works closely with the current Post Production Management team and is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations and cut deliveries for MULTIPLE CONCURRENT PRODUCTIONS.

Must possess the ability to juggle multiple shows at once while adhering to strict deadlines. This position will be responsible for overseeing our night crew; strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills coupled with a positive attitude and diligent work ethic are a must!
Basic Avid knowledge required, Premiere knowledge a plus.

General Responsibilities:

Coordinating work on several projects in a fast-paced post environment at various stages of production from development through final show delivery

Work with Post Production Supervisors to plan nightly assistant editor workloads

Oversee the delivery of all cuts, both internal as well as to network

Oversee the arrival, archiving, and processing of media, in addition to media management and project organization

Organize the network deliverable documents for all current programming to advise/assist the night crew

Inventory assets, log tapes, and update informational grids

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues

Assist in the final delivery of content, including network deliverables
