We, the makers of one of the most popular reality shows on cable, are looking to identify and develop the next great television producers of tomorrow. Perhaps that person is you.

Most television production companies hire producers from a pool of industry veterans, however, this pool (especially outside of NYC and LA) can be quite limiting. We've decided that in order to get the best possible producers for our shows — we need to grow them ourselves. When we begin production of our next season in August, we will be looking to fill six positions on the staff:

2 Producers and 2 Junior Producers that will concentrate on working with talent. In other words, the kind of people that have a high 'emotional intelligence' and relate well to others.

1 Producer and 1 Junior Producer that will concentrate on 'story'. In other words, the kind of people that know how to identify great stories.

These will be paid positions, but more importantly, these new producers will be a part of our 'Producer Program' where we will train you to become senior producers and show runners. You don't necessarily need television experience to apply for these positions, just a strong desire to pursue this as a career as well as the ability to work hard and smart.
