A new Youtube channel is looking for qualified scuba divers to add to its roster of potential shooters and possibly participation in the show. We're looking for eager, adventurous people as much as anything who might want to join in the fun and be on camera. This is not Nat Geo. We're looking for youth and fun and eagerness.

Please respond with your dive experience.
Also your camera experience.

We can retrain you on diving if it's been a while as long as you've gone through your initial certification. If you REALLY think you've got what it takes to be on an underwater adventure show as a participant, we'd consider getting you certified, but we don't want to waste anyone's time with someone who is untested and potentially uncomfortable underwater.

We'd be shooting mostly in Orange County.
Shooting mediums will range from GoPro to potentially higher end shooting.
Timing: Show is in development with tentative start date mid-late September. Shooting could be ongoing and regular for the right person.

This real-life story is about a female daredevil who decides to travel to her home country in south america upon learning hell has broken loose and the country is in the precipice of change or destruction.

What started as a 2 week documentary about the indomitable will of the local people as a feel good story, turned in over 2 months of undercover journalism, learning about narco-terrorism, bribes, gun smuggling, hundreds of contacts with the local military, US department of state contractors, gun dealers, government agents, and a once paradise, being now used for the narcos for their operations.

All these information being told from the perspective of a female who initially just wanted to head home and see how she could make a difference.

I have shot amazing footage in locations rarely given access to, partner with strategic allies in the local government and am ready to put the story together, I just need a visionary that will help me make it a reality.

Did I also forget to mention there are also Enchanted islands and a breathtaking backdrop in one of the most beautiful (yet currently dangerous) places on Earth?

This might be a very unconventional way to put together a project, but maybe it's time to disrupt the way the industry works.

Essential Responsibilities

Oversee creative segments under the direction of the EP, Co-EP, and Supervising Producers as well as work closely with Production team members to ensure budget expectations are met, staffing needs are communicated, and post/deliverables are executed on time.
Be a one-person band when necessary, crashing day of air pieces for broadcast with quick turnarounds.

You should be able to oversee the entire process from the onset: ideation, to development, to launch, to ongoing development and growth. What You'll Do:

Lead the day-to-day production for a variety of podcasts, supporting in all aspects of content development, editing, publishing, promotion, and monetization
Conceptualize new show launches from scratch, collaborating with talent and senior leadership on content, formatting, production, and distribution strategies
Lead a team of show editors, associate producers, and social coordinators, creating a collaborative team environment

Who You Are:

4+ years of content development experience in podcasts, radio, television or similar
Strong passion for sports; knowledge of current and historical information across a variety of teams and leagues, both pro and collegiate
Highly skilled with audio + video recording and editing software and hardware

Extremely well organized, able to manage projects at various stages simultaneously

JOB DESCRIPTION
Create, develop, and produce daily rundowns for up to a 90-minute newscast. Assign news stories to news writers. Assist in editing news stories turned in by writers and reporters. Coordinate production activities and deadlines with directors, associate directors, and production assistants, and works closely with Managing Editor, Executive Producers, and News Directors on story preparation and newscast rundowns. Create graphics and maps for newscast, as well as banners and chyrons.Maintains flexibility during newscast for coverage of breaking news while show is on air, and monitor running time of the show as to the correct off time of the newscast. Must be an excellent writer with a keen sense of stories that intrigue and interest viewers, with solid news judgment. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent people, communication, and organizational skills.
