We're looking for a mature, professional, friendly, and outgoing person to help us load in/out, set up, and sell T-shirts and CDs at our concert in Boston on June 1st.

The compensation is $20 per hour, and it's approximately five hours of work.

SHOW DESCRIPTION

In Depth with Graham Bensinger averages 3 million television viewers/episode and 2.5 million digital views/episode airing weekly across the U.S. on the local NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX stations. Recent episodes range from a few days in Serbia with tennis star Novak Djokovic, to a trip to Texas for Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, to visiting Hong Kong with Arnold Schwarzenegger, to traveling to Monaco with Prince Albert, to the week in the Bahamas with Sir Richard Branson.

Documentary covering athletes and a sporting event in Boston. These are tentative and flexible dates that are dependent on who wins what game and what happens during finals. 12 hour days, small crew. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Working on an unscripted sports doc series and I am looking for 2 local PAs to join me for a couple of days. A small crew and I are flying into Boston and have to drive into Upstate NY for this shoot. I need 2 PAs comfortable driving long distances to drive myself, the crew, and gear to our location.

Working Days: Wed 05/22/24 - Fri 05/24/24
Day Rate is $250/12.
W4 Job paid through payroll.
Lodging is provided at our crew hotel for 2 nights.
Per diem.

You Should:
- Be a Boston local who can start and end the job there.
- Have a valid driver's license and can drive rentals off a lot.
- Know your way across the state and are comfortable driving long distances.
- Must have at least 5 listed credits on a working set or location.

Duties include:
- Driving crew and gear to and from locations (Travel vans provided by the production)
- Loading and unloading gear.
- Helping on set as needed.
- Miscellaneous runs.
- Must be comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more.

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

We are a high paced reality show looking to book a few PA's (various positions) to help us with an offsite shoot starting July 28th - September 30th.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in West Lafayette, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Looking for a PA local to St. Louis for a shoot in Cairo, IL for our development shoot. We will be outdoors, so the right candidate will need to have proper gear (hiking boots, protective clothing, etc), and a great attitude.
