We are a small crew looking for a Production Assistant local to the Atlanta, GA area.

Previous set experience is preferred.

This position will require driving company minivans and cargo vans, along with crew and gear.
Eligibility will be based on a driving/background check.

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on runs and assisting with crew meal. As well as assisting with different departments on an as-needed basis.
Strong communication skills and a "can do" attitude" are a plus.

Must provide a valid drivers license & reliable transportation.

We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant, used to working with small documentary crews or a few days filming in Atlanta. Our crew is a UK team and is flying over for a few days to record sit down interviews and follow observational verity. We will work up to 12 hour days, and duties will include driving one of the crew's minivans, parking, getting craft, meals, waiting with kit and generally helping out.

ISO of a seasoned PA to help a crew traveling in from NYC for a reality docuseries with airport pick ups/drop offs/runs on 5/23 & 5/25 and shooting on 5/25. Responsibilities will include, assisting with load in/out, driving, lunch orders, additional runs as needed.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production is also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and good driving record are required.

Working on an unscripted sports doc series and I am looking for a local PA to join our crew. 2-3 Days. Shooting in the West Palm Beach Area with a couple of airport pickups in Fort Lauderdale


Working Days: 05/24/24, 27, 28, 29
Day Rate is $250/12.
W4 Job paid through payroll.

You Should:
- Be local to the area or can commute from nearby, lodging is not provided.
- Have a valid driver's license and are capable of driving a rental off a lot.
- Know your way around Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
- Must have at least 5 listed credits on a working set or location.

Duties include:
- Driving crew and gear to and from locations (Travel vans provided by the production)
- Loading and unloading gear.
- Helping on set as needed.
- Miscellaneous runs.
- Must be comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more.

Looking for a PA to help with an interview shoot. 2 sit down interviews, 1 person at a time and some b-roll all at one location. You will work closely with the Field Producer and help with logistics as well as facilitating lunch. $15/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist producer, assistant directors, art department, directors, camera people and other crew members
- Help distribute on set documents as needed (e.g. scripts, call sheets, etc.)
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks is a plus
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Please Note: This is a Per Diem position and PAs are hired as shoots are scheduled. There is no specific start or end date. Current filming is mostly TikTok.

Looking for a PA in the Bay area for a branded content shoot. We'll be shooting on two different locations, one of which is in Wine Country so you must have your own form of transportation. Must be professional, experienced, reliable, and punctual. Please include your resume and any references.

We are a high paced reality show looking to book a few PA's (various positions) to help us with an offsite shoot starting July 28th - September 30th.


- Must have the full work available (10 hrs minimum)
- No car necessary, but would be a plus!

Production PA needed local to San Diego, has to be in San Diego or surrounding area, to assistant wrap out of on location TV shoot. Date is Friday May 24th. Has to be able to arrive on set early and is comfortable driving supplies to Los Angeles. Potential for future work on the same project when we return to film our next block.
