Duties include:
-Assisting Production Executive
-Overseeing production paperwork on multiple TV shows

-Fill out & submit POs when setting up new shows

Preferred Skills/Experience:
-Former freelance APC or Production Coordinator in television

-Specifically interested in production management

We will begin scheduling initial interviews as soon as 11/29. The hope is for the new Coordinator to be able to overlap and train with the Coordinator who is leaving.

Currently, we are all still working remotely and only going into the office on an as-needed basis. It is likely we will be transitioning to a hybrid remote/in-person workplace in 2022.

All travel expenses covered + per diem for shoots outside of LA. Must work as a local for LA shoots. Will depart for South and East coast approx June 1 and return approx July 3.

Smaller crew show based around houses and interesting items (think American Pickers) where we will likely be working hard and fast while on the road with some prep time in between episodes. One or two weeks of LA prep, two weeks of LA shoots, and then we'll be on the road to other cities. You're jumping in midstream for someone we had who was wonderful but had to leave our lovely band of merry travelers.

This show needs a PC that is borderline spiritual in their commitment to organization and someone that can communicate efficiently and problem solve on-the-fly. Accounting excellence and spreadsheet detail oriented a must. Love it if you also have a sense of humor, but I suppose that one is optional. Your PM and LP have been doing this a long time and tend to try to make this work life something we enjoy and to hire people that work together well and are generally affable.

Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
Coordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logistics
Provide support with administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field;or equivalent years of experience
