Research local production guidelines for compliance

Follow-up to ensure that Start Paperwork is completed in advance of work
Follow-up to ensure that Timecards are submitted in a timely manner
Maintain and update departmental contact, vendor, and resource lists.
Initiate Purchase Orders for expenses
Track and report expenses, code & process invoices, and reconcile PCards.
Maintain various departmental shoot calendars, spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
Archive production documents such as call sheets, wrap reports, and releases, and follow-up as necessary with production teams to ensure business requirements are being met and delivered in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant Production Management experience in the television, media, or digital video production realm required

The position will assist in pre-sale, execution & post-sale efforts for *** Universal's Olympic & Paralympic *** , and Rights & Sponsorship Groups.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-sale process:

Ability to build and maintain tracking documents with attention to detail.
This role will interface with internal constituencies (marketing, sales, management, research, production, and legal) in order to secure requisite input/approvals for business opportunities.
Individual must also have the ability to interface with external customers (advertisers, agencies) and translate the needs of the target brand into executable programs that generate revenue for *** .

Create Sales and Marketing Materials to help drive *** and Sponsorship Sales Strategy:

Visual storytelling: Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applications.
Research target companies and create streamlined prospect lists
Work with *** sellers to build opportunity presentations.
Work with sponsorship sellers to create new and incremental selling tools
Work with Social Platform partners to build sales materials

Communication:

Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners.

Cross-platform dexterity:

Support in the development of ideas that stretch across platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social, VOD, etc.)

Post-sale process:

Assist in the execution of multi-platform campaign packages sold to brand partners and ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed and adhering to the terms of the deal.
Work with key counterparts in Production, Programming, Promotions and USOPP, as well as other Solutions teams from across *** to ensure successful and quality execution of all sponsorship elements.
