Seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator with strong management skills and solid experience. Experience working/filming both remotely and on location. Understanding of remote shooting/gear deployment as well as on location shooting.
Duties: Overseeing crew, sending out and managing start paperwork, assisting with crew deals, tracking costs, ordering equipment, managing / coordinating staff.
Strong skills required in communication, multi-tasking, being proactive, and staying on top of a fast-paced show.
Responsibilities include:
-Experience creating and maintaining - Call sheets/schedules/production reports/etc.
- Have a strong understanding of remote shooting as well as field production and on-location shooting. Will need to be able to troubleshoot and have strong organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Zoom, Skype and video conferencing
-Understanding of new production and filming practices and standards.
-Comfortable creating and tracking schedules and releases for a variety of talent
- Stay organized and have close attention to detail - organization is key.
-Experience transporting/shipping gear and hiring crews and sourcing gear.
-Coordinating operations and logistics
-Making and tracking purchases with petty cash/p-cards and handling all reconciliations - strong cost tracking skills.
-Computer savvy with the capability to work within a digital paperwork environment
-Legal experience with releases and the ability to manage and track
show releases
-Experience creating and handling crew and talent schedules and call sheet distribution.
-Tracks production expenses and creates detailed reports
-Strong experience with both local and travel shoots, booking travel, creating detailed
travel memos, permitting, production reports, etc. Familiar with hiring local crews in major cities
and rural areas
-Strong knowledge of film permitting processes and clearing locations
-Understanding remote production

multiple shoots happening simultaneously
