PRODUCTION COORDINATOR needed for a fast-turnaround weekly show 1/13/20 to 4/3/20 or 4/10/20.
Interviewing over the next two weeks. Office-based in NY.
Must have experience of looking after teams in the field and booking high volume of travel/hotels/rental vehicles, local gear and local PA’s etc.
We're looking for someone who is organized, self sufficient but able to work as part of a team, who works well under stress and on fast paced shows and who is ok with working long hours and weekends.
This position is not suitable for recent graduates or those with less than two recent PC production credits on broadcast TV.

All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
