An Emmy and Webby award-winning documentary production company based in midtown New York City is interviewing candidates for a unique Coordinator position.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and will have a genuine desire to learn about the documentary industry whilst proving themselves. The candidate must be a problem solver and have exceptional communication, multi-tasking & time management skills.

The Coordinator will work across several departments and interface with key, higher-level members of our team. The direct responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with the EIC to manage the office environment, facilitate new hires at the company and help with inventory management. This person will also help set up external meetings for the CEO and occasionally be assigned special projects.

This role is not remote; you will be expected to be in our midtown office on weekdays and on rare occasions, you may have to work on the weekend. We are looking to hire immediately and you must be fully vaccinated (2 wks past final dose) to be considered..
