We're looking for a Production Coordinator to assist with a returning true crime series. This position will be helping exclusively with recreations so any experience with that is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Booking and managing travel for crew
-Assisting with gear rentals as needed
-Coordinating meals/catering for shoot days
- Able to assist with scheduling and preparing call sheets.
- Assist with COVID-19 test scheduling
- Experience in handling day to day expenses, petty cash, POs, Cashet
- Gathering costs from Art and Wardrobe to turn in to LP
- Helping run set on shoot days.
- Managing field PAs
- Responsible for Production Reports on shoot days.

Requirements/Nice to have:
- At least 3 PC credits to date
- Familiarity with Google Drive
- Attention to detail, organization, and clear communication

Position reports directly to PM & LP. Prep will be remote for the first few weeks with filming set to start end of June. All filming will be taking place in CT. So must be local or able to work as local.

New show for Discovery that has filmed three episodes already around Los Angeles, will film two more, and then continue on across the U.S. until approx July 3. All travel expenses covered + per diem for shoots outside of LA. Must work as a local for LA shoots. Will depart for South and East coast approx June 1 and return approx July 3.

Smaller crew show based around houses and interesting items (think American Pickers) where we will likely be working hard and fast while on the road with some prep time in between episodes. One or two weeks of LA prep, two weeks of LA shoots, and then we'll be on the road to other cities. You're jumping in midstream for someone we had who was wonderful but had to leave our lovely band of merry travelers.

This show needs a PC that is borderline spiritual in their commitment to organization and someone that can communicate efficiently and problem solve on-the-fly. Accounting excellence and spreadsheet detail oriented a must. Love it if you also have a sense of humor, but I suppose that one is optional. Your PM and LP have been doing this a long time and tend to try to make this work life something we enjoy and to hire people that work together well and are generally affable.

Job Summary:

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

This role supports the publishing manufacturing process; working with external vendors and coordinating with internal lines of business to produce a variety of printed materials, with a focus on our trades and hardcover business. Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator, who will provide support specifically for the Director and Original Productions team. You will review elements of budgets, schedules and scripts to assist the diligence process as required. We will also ask you to support the department interns, and use industry knowledge to train interns.

What You Will Do

Assist in the smooth office operation within the production unit, which involves collaborating closely with the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as the IT and Facilities departments within the company.
