The Production Coordinator (or Event Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and digitally.
All games at this event will be recorded locally and live streamed for parents, fans, and coaches.

Why: $400 per day, meals, travel
Responsibilities:
- Receive gear shipment or hand off
- Lead venue set up
- Give direction to crew
- Communicate with event partner and/or facility manager
- Manage game and crew schedule
- Monitor and maintain power, storage, and bitrate
- Charge gear after each event day (if applicable)
- Break down venue
- Return gear shipment or drop off
- Must be available for one pre-production meeting with management team
- Must be available for set up and breakdown days, possibly before and after event days
- May be required to conduct a site visit prior to event
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with sports video production.
- Must have experience with live video production.
- Must be capable of all day activity, standing / walking for long periods.
- Must have transportation to athletic facility.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder or scaffold.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be eligible to work in US.
- Must feel comfortable giving direction to crew.
- Must be capable of efficient digital communication (text, phone, email).

Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.
Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.
