Looking for an experienced local production coordinator for a field shoot in D.C. Dates would be for our scout Sun 10/13, and shoots 10/14- 10/15.

We'll be working with a union crew and high profile talent, so general knowledge of union labor rules and good organizational skills will be very helpful as we want to maintain as professional of an appearance as possible.

I will need help overseeing our set remains clean with stocked craft service, handling releases and background check-ins, setting up lunch, and helping line up vehicles/drivers for transportation before any company moves. At times we might be spread out over multiple locations, so being able to oversee a location alone/ with a prod assistant or two is also essential.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

What You'll Do

Establish a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to your artist crew, as well as the overall show crew. This should be daily and/or weekly.
Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within the ILM Internal Tracking Tool as well working with Production Managers to display the information in a physical form (magnet boards / conference rooms) in order to be visible to the team.

Work closely with your discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting and scheduling your discipline's body of work, keeping in mind the overall show schedule, client reviews, bids, and other discipline needs.
Establish a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to your artist crew, as well as the overall show crew. This should be daily and/or weekly.
Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within the ILM Internal Tracking Tool as well working with Production Managers to display the information in a physical form (magnet boards / conference rooms) in order to be visible to the team.
