Guests will be able to explore interactive exhibits, get an up-close look at maker technology, and attend talks, panels, and small workshops with top creators. Describe Work Environment:
Event will be hosted in Daly City next to San Francisco.. Staff will be expected to stand or sit for long periods of time in a variety of stations depending on the staffing rotation. Project/event is over the weekend and will require morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:
Call all technical cues during discussions/panels
Ensure stage, light, & sound are set up and ready to go
Work directly with producers/Open Sauce team
Review and execute run of show
Work with talent team to ensure all speakers are checked in and ready

Experience/Requirements:
Must have experience with live shows/theater

The candidate we're looking for is an excellent communicator, has strong organizational skills, has an eye for framing studio shots and operate a studio jib in additional to other various studio responsibilities as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ideal candidate would work as the communication link *** ween the production control room and the on-set talent during production and act as a studio / field jib operator when required.

Description of Duties:

This is an entry level position. The duties are primarily clerical and technical. Production Assistants collate scripts printed for the newscasts, and deliver them to the studio and control room. They operate teleprompter during the newscasts, and locate and retrieve file video and archive information. They also assist producers, writers, reporters, assignment editors, and newsroom managers in other duties related to newsroom operations. *** President, Production for Universal Television Productions, will manage and oversee pilot and series productions reporting directly to the studio's Executive *** President. This role will partner with studio and network creative executives to ensure accurate production budgets are built. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Plan and manage the physical production for UCP scripted pilots and series
Oversee on-set production personnel to ensure best-in-class productions as well as drive efficiencies and economies of scale
Manage and communicate information (materials, dates, schedules etc.) to head of the department
