Hi All! My team is looking to staff a Live Steaming TD for several of our Twitch Shows.

This person will act as the technical lead on several live shows, assisting producers and talent with prep, setup, switching, graphics, and streaming. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live streaming and will understand the ins and outs of modern streaming platforms and tools. This position ideally has a wide range of experiences in News, Sports, Entertainment and Music programming. Must also have familiarity with the Twitch platform.

Duties will include:
-Collaborating with producers to ensure graphics and assets are prepped and ready for air (please know photoshop and be willing to make this part of your workflow prep)
-Live switching cameras/assets during shows
-Training talent on workflow to ensure successful remote streams
-Coordinating remote guest feeds
-Working with producers to block cameras before each program
-Monitoring audio and mixing as well as audio recordings throughout.
-Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during streams
-Managing media after streams have endedRequirements
-1-3 years experience working in live production
-Strong technical skills
-Experience working with software-based live switching tools, such as Wirecast, OBS, vMix, Livestream Studio, etc.
-Knowledge of Hardware based switchers (ATEM, Tricaster, ROLAND V8, etc) a PLUS!
-Experience streaming RTMP signals to destinations such as Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, etc.
-Must be a strong collaborator and communicator
-Must be able to problem solve in real time and under pressure

Salary Range: 70-78K (+full benefits pkg and 401K)

The position will start immediately and be remote but may transition to in-studio at a later date.

The photo studio tech is responsible for supporting all photo studio and lab shoots across all Dotdash *** brands. Pay Range
Hourly: $24.00 - $31.00

The Audio Engineer, A1 is responsible for the sound mixing and quality of all PIX11 Morning's Show live broadcasts. Must mix all Talent Mics, playback sources, sound FX, musical instruments, foldback on the studio floor, IFB, and Mix Minus feeds to Talent. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:

The Publishing Operations team oversees key components of Marvel's weekly publishing schedule. The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually. Some of the group's key duties include title and metadata management, manufacturing, and inventory management.

This role supports the publishing manufacturing process; working with external vendors and coordinating with internal lines of business to produce a variety of printed materials, with a focus on our trades and hardcover business. This includes the responsibility for coordinating Marvel's weekly comic production workflow. The candidate would be responsible for tracking and following up on all stakeholder approvals before sending the books to production. And assist the shipping manager with tracking the weekly deliveries to our distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate weekly manufacturing process for Marvel Publishing
• Compile and distribute weekly production schedules to partners
• Coordinate vendor bids
• Assist with daily operations of file transfer site and weekly transmission of files to printers
• Manage specifications, communications, schedules, and file submissions for international manufacturing operations
• Assist shipping manager with transportation and delivery of projects from vendor to final destination
• Quality control projects for color and printing errors and follow up with vendors as needed
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors of all printed goods, including overseas printers
• Ad Hoc work includes; troubleshooting file challenges with business owners, support on Custom Publishing projects

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ experience with a general understanding of the marketing, promotions, publishing, and/or licensing business
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, handling several projects at once
• Possession of a strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Job-related experience within the publishing or printing industry
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to self-start
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle the production of multiple titles simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently set and adjust multiple priorities
• Interest in comics publishing preferred but not required

The hiring range for this position in New York is $44,200.00 - $60,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

We are looking for a Freelance Technical Production Manager to join our *** News family. As the Freelance Technical Production Manager, you will manage relationships *** ween both Production and Operation internal groups to troubleshoot and address technical workflow challenges and implement timely and effective resolutions. The Freelance Technical Production Manager has strong organizational and time management skills, has a broad understanding of all the key components of studio and control room environments, and can make difficult decisions under tight time constraints.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide front-line control room support for all technical personnel and work alongside satellite operations, editorial/production staff, and other technical operations groups to solve production-related issues
Coordinate studio crews and control room staff; schedule and handle production requests including the overall production budget
Handle any and all requests including acquisitions, *** , signal flow, satellites, and graphics processes
Deliver the highest quality of ser *** and maximum resource utilization
Plan for both large and small-scale remote site projects (i.e. elections, full shows on the road)
Book crews, hotels, and travel arrangements
Order/ Rent equipment
Compile a list of technical gear needed, office space, talent requests, makeup, and anything else that production requires
Travel to/from remote sites, work on-site, and be the lead person for large and small-scale events
Work closely with producers and directors in planning programs and managing field, studio, and manpower scheduling to minimize costs to the customer and channel
Work closely with finance managers in preparation of show or facility budgets and expense reporting
Provide front-line management of staff, facilities, equipment, and technology for a customer-driven production operations group supporting News, Business, and Weather

**** YOU **** NEED

3+ years of experience as a Technical Production Manager in a fast-paced environment
Experience with iNews, AZ Edit, ScheduALL, Remote coordination, and Microsoft Excel
A broad understanding of all key components of studio and control room environments as well as working in the field on different size remote
Well-versed in the operations of all control rooms and studio functions
Strong organizational skills, good time management skills, leadership capabilities, ability to make difficult decisions under time constraints, and an exceptional ability to stay calm under intense and constant pressure
Some travel will be required
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnights
