We're looking for 2 PAs for a 5-day documentary shoot in LA, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Sunday, May 12th to Wednesday, May 15th.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
PA duties will include but are not limited to: Taking lunch orders, unloading gear cases, moving heavy furniture, helping keep set clean, printing & scanning. Must have your own vehicle.

All candidates must be local to LA or willing to work as a local. Production will not put anyone up, pay mileage, or pay your tolls. Candidates must be available on all days. Thank you!

-Coordinate and manage cast members throughout the duration of the competition.

Looking for a hands-on Production Assistant for a network special, taping on Tuesday, May 14th. Load in will be on Monday, May 13th with a possible load out on Wednesday, May 15th.

Must be willing to wear multiple hats and work with a tight-knit production team. Shoot details will be discussed via phone.

QYOU is looking for an LA-based Digital Production Coordinator to join our growing, award-winning Influencer Marketing team. At The QYOU we harness the power of creators and their communities for world-class influencer marketing / social media campaigns for leading brands and clients such as Paramount, HULU, Disney, Hyundai, Ubisoft, CAPCOM, Warner Bros, Sony, and many more.

As Digital Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating influencer production, managing brand channel content deliverables, and communicating content/asset deadlines to internal parties to meet campaign milestones. You will work closely with internal teams to support content and production requirements during both pre and post sale of a campaign, and report to the VP of QYOU Studios.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in coordinating social media and/or digital marketing campaigns with hands-on production skills (pre and post production). Candidates for this position are highly motivated, adaptable, self-assured team players with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role requiring attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing projects within various stages of campaign execution.

*Please note that we are currently working remote but have occasional in-person meetings and shoots in the Los Angeles area.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact with creators & managers for campaign deliverables and timelines.
Tracking and communicating content and production requirements to internal parties for influencer marketing campaigns and associated brand channels.
- Updating and maintaining the internal campaign execution calendar with key deadlines, and being able to communicate key dates to team members.
- Researching and organizing potential talent and trending format lists for campaign proposals and executions.
- Coordinate production for influencer shoots at live events and/or celebrity talent custom productions. Accompany team members to on-location shoots with talent if necessary.
- Organize footage and assets with the editorial team and follow security protocol for sensitive assets from third parties / clients.
- Program and schedule brand channel content for social platforms, ensure copy is written and internal posting deadlines are met.
- Stay current on ongoing changes of major social platforms (e.g., posting specs, best practices) and their potential impact on creative deliverables.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Must be a quick learner and not be afraid to ask questions or for help
- Interest in entertainment (film, tv, gaming) and basic industry knowledge.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Hands-on production or live event coordination experience is a major plus.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and development processes and/or social media marketing on social platforms, especially TikTok.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and DropBox / Box

The Production Coordinator will act as a key player on the Production Management team that produces best-in-class video content. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and know when to elevate concerns to ensure that support is going to the correct area of the business. The ideal candidate for Production Coordinator will be a proactive go-getter that will put forth an enthusiastic, positive, solution-based effort to manage various teams, projects, and productions in a busy, dynamic, fast, creative, and evolving environment. This is a contingent worker role, based in our LA office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support Production Managers and Production team to coordinate and handle logistics for video shoots across the domestic US and internationally.
Support Production Management team with various projects, shoots, and departmental needs.
Source crews, equipment, and production services as necessary for production
Research and file for permits as needed
Research local production guidelines for compliance
Arrange resources and logistical support as necessary for production
Maintain and update departmental crew lists
Initiate Payroll Paperwork to Freelance Crew and DayPlayers
Follow-up to ensure that Start Paperwork is completed in advance of work
Follow-up to ensure that Timecards are submitted in a timely manner
Maintain and update departmental contact, vendor, and resource lists.
Initiate Purchase Orders for expenses
Track and report expenses, code & process invoices, and reconcile PCards.
Maintain various departmental shoot calendars, spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
Archive production documents such as call sheets, wrap reports, and releases, and follow-up as necessary with production teams to ensure business requirements are being met and delivered in a timely manner.
Additional duties as required to maintain efficient and effective production environment

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant Production Management experience in the television, media, or digital video production realm required
College degree required
In-depth understanding of payroll practices and labor laws.
Knowledge of physical production protocols, equipment, contracts, releases, accounting/finance practices, and business affairs requirements.
Must be computer savvy with skills in G-Suite by Google Cloud (Google Sheets), and various project management softwares.
Ideal Candidate must be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and efficient

-Experience in booking/tracking/supervising the air travel and hotel accomodations for 100+ staff/crew for International Based Reality Show.

-The position could be remote or travel with production. If travel is decided then must have a Valid Passport and be open to being on location for 6-8 weeks.

-Super tracking and PO skills required.

-This show has international travel, but need someone local to LA for Prep & Wrap

-Experience in working in the Field on large reality shows.
-International experience is preferred but not mandatory.
-Supervision and scheduling of Production Assistants.

-Keeping the production office running smoothly.
