ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will support the Head of Casting in all aspects of the casting process, maintaining all current and developing new relationships with agencies, managers, recruiters & independent artists/performers during the agreed upon engagement with VMG.

This role is suited for a candidate that has a high emotional intelligence, data driven with high attention to details. Supporting creative talent, with a background in assisting programs to assist the Head of Casting with all steps in identifying, casting, and developing new on-camera personalities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Casting, coordinates with Production & Marketing teams. Collaborates and contributes to all VMG productions, events & campaigns in a variety of roles ranging from leading to support. The Artist & Repertoire Representative is accountable for supporting the VMG production talent pool. Responsible for assisting with all casting on VMG productions + day to day management, development & scheduling of all Exclusive/Contracted VMG talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with all casting, research activity and inbox management across multiple digital platforms
Review submissions and respond in a timely manner
Serve as the point of contact to assist in First Time Talent's overall VMG experience
Support the Head of Casting with interviews and vetting prospects
Maintain talents needs while in process
Conduct background checks through Legal
Manage personal and professional requests on an ad hoc basis
Manage all hospitality needs for talent
Meals per diems, coordinating out-of-state testing, transportation, managing talent accommodations & wardrobe fittings.
Constant "check ins" with talent to plan production schedule
Consult with production office to schedule shoots and closely manage travel & lodging schedules
Review Exclusive VMG talent social media/paid platform accounts to confirm agreements are fulfilled & requirements are met
Assist in negotiating rates as needed
Assist with full cycle payment between VXN Production accountant & talent
Coordinate with Production to ensure payments were submitted & processed by accounting and received by talent
Serve as the point of contact to assist in the Exclusive VMG talent's overall experience.
Understand and execute on local & out of state initiatives
Aid in adult industry and critic relations, including award shows and trade show details
Work with trade professionals in a B2B capacity occasionally in conjunction with Production and Marketing
Create proposals for outreach & advertising

QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years Proven experience in Production and/or Public Relations
Background working within the digital entertainment industry, including but not limited to YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, podcasting, and short-form is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management and software (Excel, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Monday, Dropbox, etc.)
Excellent organizational, verbal, and writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
Proven ability to solve problems and interact with a wide variety of personalities.
Experience with COVID Protocols
