Director, Talent Acquisition

Reporting to the EVP of Human Resources for ITV America and ITV Studios America, this is an amazing, newly created position for someone to help build and lead the recruitment function for both corporate and production roles across the US. We are looking for someone who has a passion for people and a knack for matching them up with the perfect job.
Ideally this role will be ideally based out of Stamford, CT, with regular travel to New York City and Los Angeles. Alternatively, we will consider Los Angeles CA. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does have a solid HR team to help support the recruitment strategy.

What You’ll Do In This Role:
- Partner with the Head of HR to build and lead a full life cycle recruitment function for the US (identify roles, create job specs, post, source, screen, reference check, offer negotiation, etc).
- Work with internal hiring managers and leadership to identify, interview and hire for both corporate and production roles across our unscripted and scripted companies.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies to build an active pipeline of qualified candidates heavily located in Stamford, CT, and Los Angeles, CA.
- Partner with the Director of Culture and Inclusion to continue building an environment of equal opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage to support ITVâ??s DEI Mission & Values.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and Staff Me Up.
- Support the ITV Internship and Orbit Programs (an immersive rotational development program that gives individuals early in their career a well-rounded experience of ITV).
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the positions and company
- Gather, interpret, and present talent data metrics on hiring, retention and onboarding.
- Partner with HR to ensure successful onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Provides tools and training as needed for hiring managers for both production and corporate.
- Works as part of the HR team on system enhancements and introduction of new tools; partners with marketing on company brand.
You’ll Be GREAT For This Role If You Have..
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry, specifically TV production.
- Must come with vast knowledge and contacts within the production business.
- Minimum 6 yearsâ?? experience with full life-cycle talent acquisition experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Extensive knowledge of legal requirements for recruiting and hiring.
- Well-rounded knowledge of current HR practices including recruitment and compensation.
- Experience designing and implementing a full-cycle talent acquisition program with the ability to track and capture metrics across the organization.
- Skilled in sourcing candidates across the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, job fairs and more.
- Superior interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with excellent negotiation skills.
